1. The order is fundamentally binding!
The rights of withdrawal listed below apply to all consumers.
As soon as you receive an order confirmation from us, the distance selling contract is concluded. The order can be canceled within 5 days, provided that extra ordered procurement items have not already been ordered from the suppliers and shipped.
Thereafter it is legally binding. Any expenses incurred will be claimed after the withdrawal period.
After receipt of the order, you will receive an e-mail from us within 24 hours on working days with information on the processing of your order.
2. information on the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with the statutory provisions, we are obliged to inform you of your right of withdrawal before you purchase our goods.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 5 days after you have received the order confirmation without giving reasons. If you wish to cancel an order, you can inform us by e-mail: [email protected].
Bank payments already made will be refunded. Service fees will not be refunded for card payments. Cancellations of orders with Twint payments are subject to a 1.3% fee.
If the 5-day cancellation period has expired, the order is binding and you are obliged to make the payment.
3. Shipping / returns:
If deliveries are refused or sent to an incorrect delivery address, the costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
Stock items can be returned within 10 days by prior arrangement.
The return or cancellation of specially ordered items (available from stock supplier - non-stock item Planet-rc) is generally not possible.
In exceptional cases, such items can be returned at a reduced price.
Returns are only possible after prior agreement. The goods must be in their original packaging.
When ordering individual products, we reserve the right to send the item in the original packaging, provided the packaging is suitable for shipping.
Returns must be sufficiently stamped. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and any description of the problem.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred.

4. Payment method
Orders can be paid by Paypal, Postfinance debit credit cards, TWINT, Powerpay VISA, Mastercard Appla Pay, Google Pay or prepayment. Regular customers can order by invoice within 10 days. This option is automatically activated in the customer account according to certain criteria.
In the case of prepayment, payment must be made within 7 days. We do not send orders by cash on delivery.
If the payment deadline of 8 days is not met for orders paid in advance, additional costs must be expected. Claims will be collected by legal action.
If orders are canceled with credit card payments / Paypal, the service charge will not be refunded.
If orders are canceled with Twint payment, a 1.3% fee will be charged. (Twint does not refund any fees for refunds/cancellations)
The order can be canceled within 5 days (provided that the items can still be canceled by the supplier or are not yet on their way to us) at no cost. After that it is legally binding. Any costs incurred will be claimed. It is mandatory to inform us by email or telephone.
Without a message to us, the order will not be automatically deleted. It is therefore mandatory to contact us within 5 days if the order is to be canceled. Payment fees (service charge) will not be refunded.
5. Payment regular customers via Planet-rc
We ship to regular Swiss customers by invoice, payable within 10 days net. This option will be activated automatically as soon as we have received a few orders and there have been no previous payment problems.
An additional CHF 2 will be charged for postal payments. (e-banking free of charge)
5.1 Late payment via Planet-rc
If we do not receive the payment within 10 days, a request for payment will be sent; if the request for payment is unsuccessful, the debtor will be handed over to our debt collection contract partner. The resulting additional and collection costs of CHF 50 to 150 will be borne by the debtor. The annual interest rate is 5% from the expiry of the payment period.
5.2 Payment Purchase on invoice Powerpay

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “Purchase on invoice” as an external payment service provider
With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you
decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive
a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month
The invoice will be offset against the order value of the order in the event of partial delivery of the first delivery.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's in addition to our general terms and conditions from POWERPAY
6. Delivery
The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment or receipt of the order, provided the items are available.
For orders where "items with a delivery time" have to be ordered, we can make partial deliveries at our discretion. In principle, however, deliveries are sent based on the selected shipping method. With or without partial delivery. Subsequent deliveries are free of charge for the customer. We reserve the right to send the subsequent deliveries as B-Post for partial deliveries where "items with a delivery time" still have to be ordered. Small items can also be sent as letter mail.
6.1 Order additional products
For any subsequent deliveries, no new items can be ordered for logistical and accounting reasons.
7. Shipping
The delivery and shipping costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed. Shipping within Switzerland is carried out by the Swiss Post.
When shipping by letter (uninsured), the buyer assumes the risk in the event of loss or non-delivery of the shipment. An investigation into non-receipt is not possible.
International orders are sent with a tracking number. When the goods are handed over to our shipping service provider, the benefit and risk are transferred to the customer. The general terms and conditions of the respective shipping service provider apply.
8. Guarantee - Warranty "Electronics"
Planet-RC GmbH only sells original, brand-new products from leading manufacturers in brand quality. Since Planet-RC does not manufacture its products itself, it has no influence on the functionality of the product. Planet-RC therefore excludes any warranty for its products unless Planet-RC acts intentionally or with gross negligence.
The warranty of the respective manufacturer applies from the date of purchase. If the purchase was made more than 12 months ago, the buyer must be able to prove that the product was damaged from the start. If defects occur in the delivered goods within the warranty period, you can send them directly to the respective manufacturer! If you wish, we can help you with the processing of a warranty repair and take care of the administrative work. Any postage costs incurred must be borne by the customer. Defective products must be sent to the manufacturer / importer. Exchanges without first returning them to the manufacturer are not possible. Please note that broken plastic parts due to "crashes" or excessive use are excluded from the warranty. For RC models, the motor - speed controller - servo - remote control have a warranty on electronics. Mechanical damage caused by "crashes" is excluded from the warranty.
8.1 Battery warranty
The battery manufacturers / suppliers provide a "functional guarantee DOD" on NIMH / LIPO batteries upon delivery, as subsequent handling and use can no longer be checked and defects are usually due to user errors.
Batteries are consumables and do not last a lifetime. Important information on handling LIPO batteries can be found HERE.
9. Offers - Descriptions Texts - Prices
The offers are subject to change. We reserve the right to make printing errors, mistakes and changes by our suppliers.
Products can be changed or improved without prior notice. Product images are purely informative and may vary.
Descriptions are recorded to the best of our knowledge and belief.
If there is a technical error in a price (price is significantly too low, e.g. CHF 99.90 instead of CHF 499.90), we reserve the right to make an error in explanation and are entitled to cancel the order. Payments already made will be refunded.
Our prices include the current Swiss VAT.
9.1. Delivery abroad without Swiss VAT
Foreign customers receive their order without Swiss VAT. Any costs (customs / VAT) in the delivery country are to be borne by the customer.
10. Product images
The product images may differ in color, shape and other properties. All brand names, trademarks and all product images are the property of their rightful owners and are used here for description purposes only. Products can be changed or improved without prior notice.
11. Liability
The buyer uses the purchased products at his own risk! We accept no liability in the event of accidents. Please note that many of our products are not toys. Parents are liable for their children.
12. Extended retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made, even if they are mixed, processed or sold to third parties.
13. Data protection
Your data or information provided when registering in the shop will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the business relationship.

15. Severability clause If a provision of our general terms and conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions of our general terms and conditions remain unaffected.
16. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction Swiss law applies exclusively to all legal disputes between Planet-RC GmbH and our customers. (The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.)
17. Reservation of the right to change the general terms and conditions Planet-RC GmbH reserves the right to adapt these general terms and conditions to the current legal provisions at any time or to change them in whole or in part. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes with Planet-RC GmbH is Zihlschlacht TG, subject to different mandatory legal places of jurisdiction.
