JConcepts RC8T4, RC8T4e, Tekno NT48 2.0, ET48 2.0 front scoop | nose cone, 2pc. As the evolution of 1/8th trucks have progressed, the use of a behind the tower body such as the JConcepts F2 and S15 bodies have been a necessity. The look, fit, and finish is usually supplied with the nose piece and decal set to give the vehicle a headlight and grille appearance. However, JConcepts has a new wide scoop item that bolts to trucks such as the RC8T4, RC8T4e, Tekno NT48 2.0, and ET48 2.0. This allows the same advantages to the trucks that have been standard on the buggies for many years. The front scoop can be painted, left clear or frosted for the desired look, fit and finish. Recently, Ryan Maifield captured the 2023 TNR championship in the 1/8th nitro truck class using the front scoop on his Tekno NT48 2.0.
