Diese Mounts ändern die Einbauhöhe der oberen Turnbuckle-Suspension-Arms. Das kommt der Radgeometrie der Vorderachse zugute, weil sich dadurch die Winkel beim Einfedern weniger verändern. Als willkommener Nebeneffekt wird die Radaufhängung dadurch steiffer.
