This upper deck for the F104X1 chassis is made from durable carbon fiber material and connects the servo mounts with the gear case to provide greater rigidity in the pitch direction. Its unique shape also optimizes chassis roll movement. In conjunction with this item, you can now select from 2 kinds of lower decks (kit-standard FRP lower deck & Item 54163 F104 Carbon Lower Deck) and 2 kinds of upper decks (kit-standard FRP separated upper decks & this new upper deck) to customize your F104X1 chassis according to the track layout, track surface condition, tires used (sponge or rubber), etc.
